his update focuses on refining the user experience and addressing a couple of key stability issues within Aspect. It’s a focused release, building on recent improvements and continuing our efforts to deliver a smooth and reliable photo organization workflow.

Enhanced Notifications & Feedback

You're now going to see more precise feedback when adjusting ratings using keyboard shortcuts. A brief toast message will appear on the window that currently has the keyboard focus to confirm your actions. Previously, this notification would always be displayed on the main window. This change ensures that you'll always see confirmation of the action taken. Similarly, notifications for adding or removing items to collections will now appear on the currently active window, making them easier to see and understand.

Fullscreen Workflow Improvements

We’ve added shortcut support within the full-screen view, including the ability to use collection shortcuts while in this mode. This means you can navigate and manage your library more efficiently without constantly returning to the main interface.

Bug Fixes Addressed

This update also includes a fix for a potential crash that could occur during auto-import while a library was being unloaded, and a resolution for an issue where image block lists weren’t functioning as expected during image loading.
