Aspect Pro

Power Tools for Power Users

Professional environments often have special requirements to ensure high productivity. Aspect Pro focuses on supporting advanced use cases.

Unlimited Devices

Share Libraries with as many Devices as needed

The limit of 5 devices per library is lifted in the Pro version. You can add as many devices as you want, for example in a larger office setting.

IPTC Extended Metadata and Collection Templates

Advanced Metadata Fields for Publication

The IPTC extended metadata set contains lots of advanced fields necessary for professional distribution of photos. Aspect Pro features a fully detailed metadata editor with batch and automation capabilities.

Metadata templates can be set up on collections to seamlessly assign metadata to images without extra steps during the normal organization process.

Custom Metadata Fields

Special Metadata for special Purposes

Sometimes it may be necessary to store certain bits of data together with an image that are not included in a regular metadata standard. For example, a separate system may process, display or catalog photos based on such data.

For this purpose, you can define any number of custom named fields within the metadata editor. All previously used fields will stay available for new photos, so that you don't have to add them twice.

Export Collections

A Game Changer for dynamic Export Workflows

Regular exports can be cumbersome in cases where the set of exported photos is not final. For example, the client might still make changes in their selection after an initial set of edited photos has been exported.

Export collections fully automate this task by applying a defined set of export settings to a fully dynamic collection of photos. Any added removed or modified photos will automatically be reflected in the export output folder. Various rules can be used to define the export location and file name.

Companion Window

Make use of Multi-Monitor Setups

In order to make use of multi-monitor environment, Aspect Pro lets you manage a second program window that mirrors the contents of the main window, but works in a complementary view mode.

So for example, you might use your laptop display to organize photos in thumbnail view, while using a large monitor to review photos in details view.
